We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g., to ship an order.
If you attend classes at RMTCC, we require that you fill out a registration form and liability waiver. We will then keep track of your class attendance and payments.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can also do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number provided on our website:
- See what data we have about you, if any.
- Change/correct any data we have about you.
- Have us delete data we have about you. Note that if you ask us to delete all data about you, you are no longer eligible to attend classes at RMTCC. And for our business purposes, we will still retain the dates of classes you attended at RMTCC, a copy of your liability waiver, and information for any payments or purchases you made. But, we will delete all other personally identifiable information about you. If you haven’t attended any classes or purchased any products,, we will delete all information we have about you.
- Express any concern you have about our use of your data
In order to attend classes at RMTCC, a student must first complete a registration form and liability waiver. During registration you are required to give certain information (including name, email address, and emergency contact information). This information is used to contact you about RMTCC classes, upcoming schedule, and products as well as to respond to any of your inquiries. In the case of an emergency, we will contact your emergency contact.
When you purchase items from RMTCC via our website, or register for upcoming classes at RMTCC, we request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (including name and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
Except as needed for credit card billing and shipping of products, we do not share information about our clients with anyone else. We use an outside shipping company to ship orders and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
When you use a credit card to pay for RMTCC services or products, credit card information is processed solely by our credit card processing partners. We do not receive your actual credit card number or expiration date. As a result, we do not ever have access to or store your credit card information. When you enter credit card information on our website, that information is always encrypted and transmitted securely to our credit card processing partners. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon in your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site. We do not track individual users or share any information about user interests or behavior with anyone. The cookies are used solely by our website hosting partner in order to provide core website functionality. We have internal applications that employees of RMTCC use to take attendance in class, record new student registration, record student payments, etc. These applications collect only the information we have listed above and are used only within RMTCC for our business operations. We do not collect any additional information about our customers or about employees at RMTCC during their use of these applications. Because these applications use Google Drive, employees may be asked to grant access to read and write documents on Google Drive. The only documents that these applications access are the shared documents containing registration, attendance, and payment information. The applications do not access any personal documents of either customers or employees.
